Production Operative

£9ph – £10.40ph

Our client is looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives to work within the stores area of their premises.

You will be required to stack metal products onto stillages ready for distribution or storage, Load and unload the finished product. Mainly manual work.

Will be a rotating shift system, days and nights, 12hrs shifts. Working 14 shifts out of 28. Will include weekends but will also include significant breaks between rotation.

Immediate start, minimum 3mth contract.

Warehouse Administrator


We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Administrator for our client based between Coventry and Kenilworth.

Ideally you will have previous warehouse and admin experience, with online customer service. The role includes email communication with customers, solve any order or delivery issues, work with Excel and spreadsheets, assisting in the warehouse with light picking and packing where required.

You must have excellent computer skills, able to formulate emails and letters to Customers, communicate with all Colleagues and Managers.

35hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Temp to Perm role.

Quality Engineer

£30k pa

Our client, based in Coventry, is looking to expand their quality team due to winning a large contract.

You will ideally have IATF audit experience, Lead Audit and Internal Audit. Ability to read in-depth engineers drawings, experience with Faro Arm, 8D,APQP, PPAP and recognising problems and creating a solution. Liaise with production to ensure all standards are met and upheld.

They are looking for self motivated and positive candidates, Having vision, creativity and resilience under pressure, high attention to detail and communication skills.

FLT Driver


Experienced FLT driver required for Temp to Perm contract in Ryton.

You will be required to load and unload vehicles for dispatch and goods in, scan all items and print labels where necessary. Dealing with various products of all shapes and sizes, some fragile and need care when transporting.

Night shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am.. Ideally Counterbalance and Reach licences.

Payroll Coordinator

£11ph – £14.50ph

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Coordinator for a prestigious Accountancy Company based in Coventry Centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience of full, end to end payroll processing using BrightPay or similar software.

Processing knowledge will include:

  • New starters and Leavers
  • SMP, SSP, absences
  • RTI, Tax and NI deductions
  • Pensions and Auto Enrolment
  • P32, P45, P11d and all legislative requirements

The payroll service can involve 80+ individuals on weekly or monthly pay.

Hours are flexible from 25hrs to full time as long as the needs of the business are met. Can be worked over 4 or 5 days.

We are looking to interview quickly for a start on the 24th February. It is an open ended temp contract currently.

Sales Executive

£17,000 – £40,500K

An exciting, challenging and extremely rewarding sales role, giving the opportunity to earn in excess of £35,000 per annum with a strong basic and excellent uncapped commission. At the same time raising money for schools throughout the country.

You will be contacting local businesses and school partners to offer them advertising and sponsorship space inside each school’s brochure. This is an excellent opportunity for local businesses to approach a targeted and friendly audience and an exciting concept to introduce to your prospective customers.

You will source your own leads, make contact over the telephone selling the idea of advertising and supporting a local school and then close down the sale. We expect our consultants to manage their own project each month – maximizing work levels and income for the schools and in commission. There is as much support or autonomy as you require.

We are looking to expand our existing team, working from our offices in Coventry. You will earn a basic salary of £17-19,000 with an uncapped commission.

This is telephone sales, but NOT a call centre. We do not use scripts for example, we believe the best way to make sales is to build rapport, understand the prospect and identify the package that will work best for them. Our team is varied and dynamic, with everyone motivated to hit targets and earn commission. We are looking for people who know how to sell, not just follow a script.

We are looking for people with sales experience, who are self motivated and driven to work to targets. We will provide training and support but we expect people to be capable of running their own project, liaising with school contacts and self source most of their leads. You will need to be confident that you can build rapport quickly and sell a concept to someone on the first contact. Maintenance/Grounds Person


Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance/Groundsman for an on going contract.

The role will involve all site facilities maintenance, general repairs, painting and preventative maintenance. Outside work will include general gardening and tidying of the site.

A recent enhanced DBS is essential.

Immediate start. Hours are days only, 8hrs per day between 7.30am and 6pm, need to be flexible on the start and finish times.

Die caster

Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a number of Diecasters. £8.97ph

The casting operator produces Aluminium castings using various types of traditional gravity fed dies, including manual, hydraulic and tilt pour machines.

The role requires that you are able to operate gravity tools and melt furnace in a safe manner. Monitor, prepare and clean moulten aluminium to the required standard. Operate and maintain the die at required tempreture, clean and maintain the die surfaces using agents such as j-blast or dry ice. record all production information on internal documentation.

Work closley with other shop floor personnel and supervisors. Implement and upkeep Health and safety policies.

Ideally you will have a minium of 2-3 yrs experience in a similar role.



Due to winning new contracts, our client is looking to recruit a number of people in a Fettling role.

You will be responsible for grinding and sanding metal products, mainly castings. remove any rough spots, press marks or defects.

Smooth edges and surfaces using the correct process, check for any cracks or defects, use fettling machine or handheld linisher.

Core Maker

Due to expansion and winning a new contract my client is looking to recruit 2 Core Makers, training given to the right candidates


Job Summary

The Core Maker produces sand-based cores by a process of setting and operating traditional cold-box and hot-box core making machines.

The Core Maker reports directly to the Foundry Supervisor.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Setting and operating all types of cold- and hot-box core making machines to the instructions contained in the relevant Technique Sheet
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of core making machines, dies and patterns in line with the relevant Preventive Maintenance instructions e.g. cleaning and/or changing vents, checking and lubricating the equipment, etc.
  • Able to check and monitor that the quality of the core is to the required standard and free from visual and other defects
  • Capable of adjusting the core making process in order to address fundamental core production problems
  • Recording all necessary production information on internal documentation such as start time on and off the job, start-up scrap, quantity produced by hour, scrap by hour and reason, unplanned breakdown time and reason, etc.
  • Maintaining the work area in a clean and tidy condition during the working day and particularly at the end of shift, in line with the relevant 5S standard
  • Supporting internal continuous improvement programmes
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Foundry Supervisor

Personal Skills

  • Ability to work closely with other shop floor personnel and Supervision
  • Support and assist in the implementation and policing of Health and Safety policies
  • Team player who will participate and contribute to the continuous improvement culture of the company

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a related or similar working environment
  • NVQ or similar qualification in core making or similar production process
  • Knowledge and experience in Process Control for core making operations
